Built ahead of the 2003 season to GTS / GT1 specifications, this Viper GTS-R was sold to French racing team Larbre Motorsport. It was raced in the FFSA Championship and also fielded in the 24 Hours of Le Mans where it finished fourth in class. It also competed in the 2003 Le Mans 1000 km race before it was was sold to DR Sportequipe for the 2004 Italian GT Championship. It was sold back to France before it ended up in Swedish ownership. In 2006, it competed in the Le Mans Series race at Spa and it was used as late as 2009 when it finished third overall and first in class at the 24 Hours of Zolder. Following its lengthy contemporary racing career, it was sold to a German enthusiast who used it for track days. In 2014, it was comprehensively restored to its 2003 specification and livery. It was subsequently sold to a Dutch historic racer through Jan Lühn and Machines with a Mission. Since then it has been raced regularly in the Endurance Racing Legends series.
